Structural Information
Built on continuous foundations in both directions. The first two floors were constructed as reinforced concrete, and the last floor as steel construction. The construction was completed on a turnkey basis including all finishing works.
Technical Specifications
- Material Usage: 4,500 tons of reinforcing bars, 25,000 m³ of C30 reinforced concrete, and 1,300 tons of steel were used.
- Floor Structure: Designed with the first two floors as reinforced concrete and the top floor as steel construction.
- Usage: Used by Unilever, Johnson Diversey, and Arya Paper for warehousing and production purposes.
