Steel anchors were placed on one-way reinforced concrete continuous foundations. It was constructed as a steel structure on top of these. T.P.O membrane application was performed over polyurethane roof panels on the roof.

Structural Information
Building walls were covered with 20 cm thick polyurethane sandwich panels. It was also covered with trapezoidal sheet facade panels. The project was completed in two stages in 2004 (Block A - 11,106 m²) and 2006 (Blocks B,C - 9,253 m²).
