Scope and Capacity
Realized on a land area of approximately 70,000 m², the project has a total construction area of 48,000 m². With a massive storage capacity of 76,300 pallets, the facility forms the logistics backbone of Unilever's detergent and home care products (HC) operations. It is not just a storage area, but an integrated logistics solution center.
Technical Specifications
- Automation: Equipped with a fully automated pallet storage and retrieval system (ASRS).
- Insulation and Shell: Energy efficiency and fire safety are ensured by using high-performance rockwool insulated panels on an area of 40,000 m².
- Hybrid Structure: Offers flexible storage solutions supported by drive-in rack systems in addition to the ASRS system.
